Case Study

Situated on the top two floors of a LEED Gold-certified office building, the design challenge was to create an open, collaborative, and innovative workspace that reflects the essence of the client’s retail business. Spanning 50,000 square feet across two levels, the design needed to preserve the close-knit, “family” culture central to the company’s identity. The reception area, framed by glass, offers visitors stunning views while showcasing the company’s dynamic operations. A prominent open stair connecting the two floors serves as a bold feature, highlighting the organization’s collaborative spirit. The building's location provides sweeping views to the north and south. Workstations are positioned along the windows, while private offices with glass fronts encircle the building’s core, ensuring natural light and views for all employees. Materials and graphics inspired by the client’s retail roots create a seamless connection between this creative headquarters and the customers it serves, reinforcing the brand’s identity throughout the space.
