Case Study

Confidential Client, a leading global real estate company, exemplifies an enterprising culture driven by identifying unrealized potential, creating effective solutions, and surpassing client expectations. For the redesign of their Los Angeles regional office, the client aimed to consolidate operations from two floors to one while modernizing the space to reflect their core values, support their innovative workstyle, and serve as a model for the "new workplace" concept for employees and clients alike. The resulting design is a progressive, efficient, and engaging environment equipped with the latest lighting, technology, and amenities. Visitors are welcomed by a bright, spacious reception area offering stunning views of Los Angeles. Nearby, a large boardroom, an updated breakroom, and a conference room with retractable walls form a versatile front-of-house hospitality zone. This area doubles as a venue for all-hands meetings and events, emphasizing flexibility and comfort. In the workspaces, private offices have been standardized and downsized, with glass fronts allowing natural light to flow into the central areas. Corner offices have been transformed into multipurpose collaboration spaces, while shared offices provide versatility. Lower workstation panels enhance sightlines and create a visually open atmosphere. Throughout the office, light wood finishes bring warmth and contrast to the clean, modern design, ensuring the space is both functional and inviting.
